The meeting for the Environmental Justice (EJ) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Tuesday, September 8 beginning at 6:30pm.

EJ Draft Agenda –

• Welcome - Introductions and committee updates. (5 Mins)
• Food Waste Composting Update - Status update, participation, future opportunities, Q&A. (Rachel Manning & Ashlea Smith of DC Department of Public Works) (20 min)
• The Future of EV charging in DC - Topics: climate benefits, public charging, apartment/condo challenges, fast vs. neighborhood charging, DC plans, and potential locations in ANC3C. (Jordan Henderson, Clean Transportation & Infrastructure, DC Department of Energy & Environment) (20 min)
• Community Discussion - Interactive map exercise where residents identify preferred and unsuitable charging locations using stickers. (10 min)
• All Other Business
