The meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Monday, July 6 beginning at 6:30pm online.

PZHED Draft Agenda –
- Discussion of stipulated and permanent licenses for ABCA application for Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern license for El District 24 at 2605 24th Street NW, LLC (ABRA-136460) – NATURE OF OPERATION: New Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern with a Seating Capacity of 150, Total Occupancy Load of 150, and a Sidewalk Café with 32 Seats. The Licensee is also requesting the Alcohol Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement, and an Entertainment Endorsement to provide Live Entertainment inside the premises.
- Initial Presentation of a Concept for a Cleveland Park Promenade Shade Structure. A community group would like to share plans for the Cleveland park shade structure for the Cleveland park promenade as we are planning to submit to HPRB. This is a completely community initiated and funded project (not solicited or funded by any DC gov’t agency). Cleveland Park Shade Story; Cleveland Park Shade Presentation
- Presentation and discussion of BZA Application for 2325 Porter Street NW – special exception approval to establish a community center, pool, and tennis courts in the R-1A Zone (NOTE: BZA filing pending – will update will files when available).
