ANC3C Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development Committee

The meeting for the Planning, Zoning, Housing & Economic Development (PZHED) Committee for ANC3C will be held on Monday, October 5 beginning at 6:30pm online.

PZHED Draft Agenda –

• Presentation and discussion of BZA Application (21510) for 2325 Porter Street NW – special exception approval to establish a community center, pool, and tennis courts in the R-1A Zone.
  • The presentation, including the highlights of the Traffic Study (presented by Transportation Consultant Jami). Will aim to move through our presentation judiciously to allow plenty of time for comments.
  • The latest set of conditions proposed to be a good neighbor and mitigate the impact on surrounding properties.
  • The traffic study.
